New Salem Tea-Bread History
Originally baked at The New Salem Restaurant in the small town of New Salem, Massachusetts, our tea-breads quickly became a local favorite. In order to meet the ever-growing demand for our tea-bread, we moved to a larger bakery in the neighboring town of Amherst in 2005.
Though our bakery has grown over the years, our baking philosophy remains the same. Each cookie and tea-bread is made just like they were in our humble beginnings, from scratch using the best ingredients to add personality to every flavor. |
